Am in Gulu in Northern Uganda where I have recently moved to. I can say I have met a number of wonderful people especially the women I find on field visits. I can say I am learning and unlearning a number of things.
I have met a wonderful lady here who will be going with me for the trainathon because she has been here longer and she knows the people and the places. I am glad I met her.
This training on the importance of girl-child education is going to very handy as most schools in Uganda are re-opening after a long break. I hope it will encourage more parents especially the women to send more girls to school this time round.
