The Campaign’s Problem: Many women and girls are unprepared to carry themselves safely in what can often be an unsafe world.

SMART Goal: To share safety tips with women and girls in person and online through email and social media sites to make them more safe.

Strengths – Experiential knowledge of issues impacting women and girls * Crime Survivor * Women’s college educated * Strong degree of resilience * Cultural diplomacy and awareness * High degree of discernment and positive hyper-vigilance *  Empathetic Leadership * Commitment to eradicating terror inflicted on women and girls * Administrative and journalism experience * UN Women trained * Courageous leadership * Grant-writing experience* Curriculum development experience

Weaknesses – Lack of organizational skills * Difficulties with scheduling * Occasional compassion fatigue *Lack of affiliation with a non-profit or governing body * Lack of budgeting and financial management skills * Needs to work on managing fiery passion * Needs to improve social skills and level of gregariousness * Limited funds to work with in terms of printing and distribution costs

Opportunities – Can work with various non-profits in local areas * Can distribute in other cities too, and on social media * Can partner with local printer for print jobs and maybe a discount * Can partner with local and federal law enforcement to gain insights * Can partner with World Pulse to further devise plan of action * Can partner with UN Women and UN Cities to gain insights for ongoing flier distribution campaign * Can partner with foundations for initiative funding * Can partner with a graphic designer to donate skills for flier creation * Can meet with local parents to help distribute fliers

Threats – On-line and in-person predators * White Supremacists/Black Militants * Backlash from men who believe campaign demonizes them * Cost of printing and transportation could be prohibitive * Potential for compassion fatigue * Lack of staff and volunteers
