- All Modules for Construction Needs Transportation to and from mostly containing building materials.
- Limitation in Modules' Sizes Due to Transportation. Sometimes our truck is not readily available as he is sourced out to other builders.
- Site Constraints and the Municipality's Building Code. We have had a clearance issue transporting sand from one end of the land to another crossing another owner's site. All is alright now.
- Cost of Acquiring the “Perfect” Land. My team exercised patience and all worked in our favor.
- Lack of Customization and Flexibility for Structure. We had to make some minor adjustments to the original architect plan.

The Pros are we have impacted several more laborers by hiring them although the raining season has been upon us for two months and counting slowing work production down. This works in my team's favor as we are steadily fundraising and seeking additional funds from community anywhere, everywhere!
Additionally some parts of the country needs rain especially the farmers. We are in constant need of resources including grants that we qualify for. All nonprofits are uniquely different with special needs catering to their vision and mission. We are steady on the track of seeking and maintaining local and international volunteers to support this effort.
We like to think we are saving time and using it wisely - An obvious one is that modular construction allows a chunk of the work to be made in a factory which is our laborers working in the hot sun, no factory comfort here, It is a task that we Senegalese are used to while sitework and foundations are simultaneously performed on the land site. This time-saving benefit keeps the project on schedule and speeds up construction time while still being efficient as long as all workers report to work on time and as scheduled which often does not happen due to many family obligations and unforeseen circumstances.
The progress is steadily being updated month to month. Each week my team gives a updated report on issues concerning the project, we practice problem solving as soon as the concern arises, create a new plan if need be and connect with the team so that we all are on the same page which is not standard because some workers including myself is not physically attending everyday onsite. Our strategy is communication. communication and more communication. We don't always get it right, some weeks are better than others.
As the leader of the organization I look forward to learn and follow the teachers (construction builders) because they are always teaching me new things and implementing solutions, coming up with ideas that succeed. We have completed two fundraising events, hired additional part time laborers (as mentioned earlier) spreading awareness to others in the local areas and myself although traveling overseas and in local regions have been giving gifts to this wonderful project.
.Until next update, thank you and take care.
