So THE BOOKCLUB by liz is officially open
Its an online safe space , where we as women will get together to read and highlight the work of powerful ,inspiring female authors , who,s story needs to be told and heard .
We will share the books we read and make recommendations
And as Sherna Alexander Benjamin said yesterday , we will not only support each other ,but we must invest in each other , whether its by time , our network, our abilities or finances , and that was a very powerful take away for me .
Our featured author gave an overveiw of her work , the featured book , her second and one thats shes currently working on .
It was a beautiful session , and I thank everyone that took time to come in and sit with us and shared their take away , I appreciate the support of those that couldnt make it as well .
The open forum at the end ,which was lead by Sherna was powerful as we got interactive and spoke candidly about us a s women taking our rightful places fearlessly in this global thrust .
We also shared on the endless possibilities that exist on this amazing WP platform ,which is where Im getting the confidence and support to accomplish my goals ,and Im eternally grateful.
