Young women struggles

Earlier this I and my colleagues in university has resumed happily that we are in our finals and we were so glad that we all sat down to discuss how our life after school will be, everyone was so excited that we will finally start the struggles and be able to earn a living with all the works we've all learned as Fine artists(school not disclosed).

Then something striker my mind \" Adulthood sickness\". I gave it that name because it has a lot of meaning. A period when you want to grow, start your own life as an adult, leave your parents to start making decisions on your own, making money, and a lot more. And this causes a lot of sicknesses in us because we tend to attend to a lot of things together, trying to beat the time and age before 26 years. Adulthood sickness has a lot on young adults between the age of 20-28 years because as a lady you have to start preparing to get married at 27-29 years, that's if the academics state of one's country is not low, and if you can achieve whatever you want to achieve before you get to 25 years.

I decided to keep this in my mind not discuss it with my colleagues when we were chit-chatting. A few weeks after our resumption we went on strike, it was supposed to end within a month, so I took that as an opportunity to do some personal issues that I have been pending, unknown that the strike is still going to continue, everything looked like a joke until we were called upon to by our practical lecturer who gave us loads of assignments to do, starting with just an interesting one, we all spent our all to unknown to us that there are still more coming that's more expensive, after the first and second almost everyone has started giving excuses about finances. We still tried to scale through until things got more expensive in the country, what we get at cheaper rates is now double what we buy before including Transportation. And ladies who have a lot to spend on, hair, body organics and all. We all became so helpless that we now beg our lecturer to give us some time to go and earn but he never agrees, telling us we have a lot to cover and we should not allow our other activities to disturb our school works, this has been our daily topic on our group page for the past few weeks now, he is not ready to release us and we trying to get something has been so difficult, trying to merge things, we all trying to get things done in school, our other activities and some other adult issues we have to attend to all at once, this gives me a headache and breaks me down me the most time.

All young adults have a different experience of growing... But the big adults should try to be understanding and take things easy with us, we are just passing through thee stage, it's our new experience. They should stop taking it like we should know what we should do when we have no slight idea, but just trying to read books and follow some people's steps which we hope will lead us right. This Adult sickness has led a lot of people to commit suicide and those who dare to stand and try something out should not be taken for granted.
