You are enough

Hello everyone,I don't know where to begin but I have been through hell and back. The immense trauma I had to endure is hard to put in words(I was tortured, abused and so so so much more. You can go against the world but what to do when it's your own that do that to you?).And not one person that was  there to wipe my tears or even give me 2 kind  words of support. Every one just lectured and judged. Life seemed like an ongoing war. And so one day I took a stand and said enough, and decided to fight myself... I didn't  hide in shame, or despair. It's the abusers that should hide in shame. But our mentality is we always finger point the victim not the offender. And we need to change that mindset. We the women have to stand together and be each other's support system. So my message is for all you lovely ladies out there, decide what you want and then take a stand and  keep going. I know it's nice to have support from others. But if you don't, then .don't think you can't do it,because you can. You are enough. Thank you for reading my post.
