Women need to become more ambitious and dream bigger.

International Women's Day is observed on March 8 every year to appreciate women's efforts and celebrate their achievements in all spheres of life. This year, the theme for International Women's Day is \"Choose to Challenge\" which means that until and unless we challenge our fears, there will be no change in society.

We need to reshape our own perception of how we view ourselves. We need to become more ambitious and dream bigger.

We need to  stop comparing our selves to others, the only person we need to impress is our self. We will be able to source your confidence from within and it will no longer be affected by anything anyone else. Love yourself. Treat yourself with as much love and respect as you would your closest friend, be understanding and forgiving of your failings and, above all, be as kind to yourself as you are to the other important people in your life.

The first simple rule of success in empowerment is SELF. Place yourself in front of the mirror, and recognize that success is all about you. Only through you and your own efforts will you gain success in empowerment
