Women in Leadership

In Liberia the percentage of women in leadership role is very low in as such the public had made the gov't aware of this and are making sure that this policy be inscribed in the constitution . It states that 'all political institutions should endeavour to ensure that they contain 30% of women in all leadership roles in their institutions, and through this medium we will a certain that as the year passes by, there will be lot of women in leadership roles in Liberia. It is my ardent hope that fellow women have equal participation in all leadership roles in Africa and the world at large.
