Women have power : SheCares about everything

About Me:

Khulile Mashaba-Mtetwa, known as Khuls, I am from South Africa, married for 17 years to a wonderful husband and we are blessed with 2 beautiful girls.

My own journey has included working for the political parties, government, small and large corporations, for technology start ups and for non profits. I enjoy the challenge of thinking about what is possible, and about the pathway to get there. I started as a generalist - that is I have to meld roles of administration, marketing, sales, operations and finance. But I enjoy researching more than anything, I believe in presenting well researched programs. And this resulted in the birth of my companies

I am a Founder and Managing Director for Eclypse Marketing and Function Management Consulting, Amendola Mining Trading, INAVISTA Non Profit Company (SheCares), I am also a shareholder and Executive Director Swatek Electrical. I hold over 17 years of experience in the field of business administration and research. I have a vast experience in Youth and Women Development, strategic planning, skills and business gap analysis, events management, Facilitation and concept document design.

I am passionate about empowering and supporting individuals to fulfill their desired dream by using innovative methods that provoke thought and encourage life-changing growth. Much of my focus over the past five years has been around increasing investments in women and girls and enabling women to be more confident investors.I believe that when women are leaders and economic agents social change accelerates and returns multiply. We visit schools, colleges and universities as well as other organisations nation-wide delivering innovative programs.

I also do Public speaking , Life coaching and motivation speaking. I am also involved in a number of development programs such as enterprise and supplier development, community development programs, rural women development programs.

I always wanted to do something different, but was never sure about it until now. My life’s journey and the lessons learnt from it have inspired me to start SheCares! I have grown as a person, as a woman, as a mother, a wife and career woman. The objective for SheCares is to be a platform to connect all women together, from different cultures, beliefs, backgrounds and from different parts of the world, bringing women together to speak up, connect, learn , share and uplift one another.
SheCares is a well-researched and conceptualized network for women (Single/Married). Findings have proven that a woman does care. She Cares about everything–Business, Family, Career, Parenting, Politics, Economy, Finances, Beauty, Health, Fashion, Entertainment, Shopping and more. She takes on the World!! The entire busy woman’s lifestyle hub wrapped up into a slick network. (SheCares).

Furthermore a question from Forbes.com which was responded to by Stacey A. Gordon, MBA Diversity & Inclusion Recruitment Strategist Providing Visibility for Women and Minorities “Why do women need to exclude men from their networks?” Her answer was simple. We need is a place where we can nurture relationships in a way that feels comfortable, a venue where we make the rules, and a private space that empowers us.

There is mounting evidence to show that women’s economic activity results in better bargaining power in the home. More bargaining power for women not only benefits the women but also results in greater investments in the health and education of children, thus promoting human capital of the next generation and therefore improving the potential for economic growth.

We are presently busy with preparations of launching the first event in Gauteng on the 28th June 2014 and we are looking for contributors.

We have a face book page https://www.facebook.com/SheCaresWomensNetwork

I am so excited to part of this community.

Regards
Khuls / SheCares
