As a young female advocate, It's always insightful to mentor women to thrive into STEM careers, something that has long been considered as a male field. The beyond glass ceiling initiative to encourage young girls and women into leadership while in the STEM field.
As a young female advocate, its insightful to mentor and give voice to women in STEM. It has really been hard to break beyond glass ceiling idea since the field has been considered a male dominated career.
It's high time young girls are educated on importance of STEM careers as early as possible. It is ok for a woman to become a doctor, an engineer and a scientist too. And yes, we too can acquire leadership skills in these fields and lead others for a better tomorrow.
