Woman Economic Forum, London

I was not sure if i gonna make it but I did, being born in lower middle class i never thought to be invited as guest. But some turning point in life transformed my life and made me a Inspirational speaker. This was the time i realised myself deep and started a new journey to evolve, connect, drive. My talk on WEF was on Gender Equality. Here it is -

What is called Gender Equality or What you think about Gender Equality or How can we stop Gender Equality problems or How can we stop Gender Equality thinking Process?

Ans: What I think:-

Gender Equality is Mind-Set, Thought, Thinking and Process.

Why i am using PROCESS, Process is called THOUGHT PROCESS and LUCKILY or UNFORTUNATELY that THOUGHT PROCESS DEVELOPED by YOU,ME and MOST OF THE PEOPLE.

When we think it, in a PPOSITIVE way it brings EQUALITY in every where like.. from your beginning and starting place called HOME when you starts your LEARNING process like FORMAL learning, INFORMAL Learning and SPIRITUAL Learning than school, college, Office and career.

But when this thought goes NEGATIVE, it brings INEQUALITIES.

Basically is a MINDSET process and it's depends on you, where you want take this MINDSET process, positive or negative.

This is completely depends on you,

HOW you implement,

HOW you perform,

AND

HOW you act.

Let's star a new beginning from your HOME to SOCIETY.

Let's make a PLATFORM and ENVIRONMENT in your home where your son and daughter will FEEL, REALISE and ACT MAN and WOMAN have Equal Responsibilities, Equal Valued, Equal Rights and Equal Opportunities let them feel and act both are equal and both have equal rights to live and Joy.

What I think and believe  if you want to change something than start from your home. If you can change in your home than only you can change in society.

\"Change Your Mindset Change Your World \"

Thank You Ladies  and Gentlemen.
