WHY WAIT TILL A DISASTER STRIKES TO WAKE UP??

Only after disaster can we "BE RESURRECTED".

Disaster, must be wondering on this global community of women's empowerment why am I writing about the disasters.
Now the fact is, a disaster can be of any kind. Like natural disaster, which result in poor economic breakdown, many life ends emotionally and physically, destruction.
Crime is also a form of disaster where the individual and the whole family has to face the consequences resulting of rape, child abuse, sexual assault, molestation, gender violence, the fear remains the same as that of a natural disaster.

On Dec 16,
One of the most hilarious crime ever happened in this nation. "A gang rape", along with the adult guys the gang constitute of a tender aged guy.
The only problem the couple did was boarding a wrong bus. But, Does boarding into a wrong bus results into a crime zone?
The worst part was inserting an iron rod into her private part and throwing off the victim naked on running road.

Inspite the fact, I didn't knew that girl before or had no link I had tears and prayers for her. I was literally feeling the pain.
"It was like being stuck in a nightmare"
I can't tell if its killing me or its making me stronger.
The whole nation fought for the right of that victim, the nation came together but what they got in return BATON CHARGE, CS GAS used by riot control agents.
This is what we deserve if we fight for crime or justice. Why are we meant to be controlled, Why isn't the crime and such culprits controlled in such a way?

Sadly, after the incident the victim survived for only few days.
Many of the statements started to flood the media targeting on the victim rather than pointing about the culprits for such hilarious crime.
They pointed on the girls character to be outside her place for long hours, her clothing (though she was wearing Indian ethnic).

"If YOU blame, the Victim because of her clothes were provocative.
Than YOU must also blame the Bank that was robbed because it's contents were provocative. "

After a few years of imprisonment the tender aged guy, was released. Before this gangrape incident, these culprits had already given action to many rapes but no action was taken or been noticed. The tender aged guy was the only one who had the idea of iron rod insertion.
Age doesn't make us mature but thoughts are. The age shouldn't be the fact of punishment but the actions should be kept into consideration.
After this incident, rapes, sexual assault, eve teasing, acid attacks, child sexual abuse has become comman and is increasing day by day because there is no fear of being punished or if caught.

Rape isnt just a women's issue. It's about men who stop behaving like human beings & start behaving like Animals.
Society teaches us not to get raped. Keep precautions. Don't drink. Don't wear short dresses. Don't do this don't do that rather than DON'T RAPE!

We're all are in the same Game.
Just different levels. Dealing with the same HELL.
Just different DEVILS.
Its better if we don't just be reliable on the people around for help or on the government security but should be strong enough to raise or fight for ourself and for our dignity.
Daily, majority ladies being the rape victims face molestation while filling complaints against the culprits in police stations and undergo vulgar comments and questioning.

We must accept finite disappointment but never lose infinite Hope. Keep fighting for the justice.

We are Broken
