<p>Each and every week of each month, a person gets killed...not just shot to death or strangled to death...but brutally slaughtered and beaten up only because they were caught stealing or breaking in. I know that stealing or breaking in is pure crime, but we are all humans and what really hurts me the most is that even little girls are victims of this irresponsible act...........I believe that a person is innocent until proven guilty by the law..............Zinzi Nsingwane, South Africa, Nkomazi.</p>
