an·ger (ăng'gər)
n.
A strong feeling of displeasure or hostility.
When I experience anger:
- Boundary's get drawn real fast
- I have a fire inside of me to DO SOMETHING
- I am breaking with tradition.
I want to rescue anger from the bin of "inappropriate emotions" and put it along side compassion as emotions of positive change.
Anger is a jumping off point for most people.
I want to honor my anger and hope it brings me clarity and fuel to act.
Anger is often the first step I take on my path to personal peace surrounding issues of social injustice.
I am currently experiencing what I've heard called "rage fatigue" where the synapses in my brain are all fired out. So currently I look to my disgust as nice kindling for my passions...
