Leadership is very dynamic, you are faced with different situations that call for different solutions,A times you are faced with a dillema of influencing people towards a certain direction when they cannot actually see what you are seeing.Many times you come across situations that you need to think very fast and make a decision immediately. Its through all this and many other dynamics of leadership that I realized I cannot be 100%perfect as a leader because a leader is about change that is why chose to walk with like minded people to learn from them and that is the reason I joined this group.
