I think leadership is required to establish a stable system in a region. It is all about rules and goals that are interlinked with each other. Self-confidence comes from planning which leads towards success. This success can be in the form of entrepreneurship and that is the quality of a leader. An entrepreneur has arms like hardworking and creativity. A Leader never needs dependence on others. I want to join this group as i feel that together we can build a better future for women and enhance their leadership skills. Cheers :)
