The world we live in is different from the world that existed a century ago. Today there are so many opportunities for women. We see different organizations thriving to empower women and to put more women on the map. Aiding them financially, mentoring and engaging them in the business world. Women nowadays are politically and economically engaged and have access to education. Yet with all these changes, developments and empowerment opportunities the rate of women in leadership positions has shown too little or no growth at all for the past decade. What are we doing wrong? Where are we missing the point?
