What is a leadership?

We all are invited to be heroes and leaders in some sectors inside our families, communities, and in our workplace. but what we are in need is a good positive paradigm to the things that we would like to do. We insist that the change must flow from our inside. Leadership is not about one formula that fits all situations and all leaders. It is about how to lead effectively in different situations, with different types of people. The journey of leadership is about self awareness and other awareness. Leadership is largely about understanding and connecting.

In my opinion, leadership means exploring who we are as women and how we can contribute, connect and engage with inspiring leaders who work with us or who have preceded us from all continents. Everyone has a role or position which he can fill and we can compare a woman leader as part of an integrated collar, but she is the most valuable diamond in it which will sparkle around the others in her community.

The leadership man or woman needs skills and qualities which must be noticeable like: Motivation, Passion, Commitment, Humble, Curiosity, Self-developments, and Resilience. Leaders must lead by example to guide, direct, and influence their teams and relating to Western Governors University, (2021), ' While there are many leadership traits, skills, and abilities that a person can and should have to be successful, there are a few that stand out as fundamentally important.

Nowadays, there are many women leaders who have made their mark in their countries or in the world, including Angela Merkel, the past Chancellor of Germany and Helle Thorning-Schmidtand, the Former Prime Minister of Denmark you can find the names of some of them on this site (Gonzales, 2017).
