What Does Journalism Mean to Me?

  1. My voice is persuasive, strong, unique, confident, and honest.

  2. I want to be a correspondent because I believe that in my position I have the ability to tell the stories about the different people of the different sectors in my community. I write about the positive and the negative of both sectors in the hopes that my words will touch lives and create understanding and change.

  3. Honest, strong, solutions-based journalism will help my community to develop tolerance, understanding, and the desire to live in trust, friendship, and peace.
