Wearing fitness trackers helps people with MS gait problems

I use the fitbit when i ride my incumbent bike, it shows me my heart rate and if it's not high enough i can push the bike harder or move my arms up and down to get my rate up over 130.



One day i plan to get the more expensive fitness trackers where i can wear it in the pool and it can track my swimming laps.
