Volunteering

I had the privilege to volunteer at an event that celebrated the Girl Child Day yesterday. It was an amazing moment, it felt so good to see young high school girls come to be taught about the right of the girl at such early stage of life, it means that as they grow no one will be able to make them feel inferior or make them look powerless. 

We have moved passed the era that subjected the girl child to kitchen, housewife, and motherhood duties even right from the day she was born. 

we are now in a new era where women are taking the lead in every areas of life. I'm proud to witness the revolution of the female generation rendering their voices. 

The girl child has now become a force and a voice breaking the chains of old myths and discrimination against her gender.

unfortunately, women are still subjected to these barbaric ideologies against women in some part of the world. The world is currently witnessing the massive protest against the barbaric laws of the Iranian Government that cost the 22-year-old Masha Amini her precious life

now more than ever, we need to stand strong and render our voices as loud as possible until every girl feels safe across all the nations of the earth. We can do more for the girl child.
