VOF Week 4:("Vision is the art of seeing the invisible.")

My personal vision is to see empowered women for the development of Africa. When I said this word I have an experience I see in our country Ethiopia. When I give training in different organizations most of the time women’s are shy to participate in the class. Most of them are unable to write and read words. So I am always said I must to share some thing for them to be themselves. And always I am dreaming and planning how I empower them. But I said this words the number of women are greater than men. So I have a vision to support men also not only women’s. Most youths are living with out any income. When I think about that I feel sad. Youths have a power to do any thing but most of them are after school jobless. I want to prepare short term trainings to create jobs for their sustainable life.

Most of the time when we visioning some thing in our mind we must to boom to share for other. Shared visions have a power to be implemented practically. Others ideas can help to develop good and strong ideas and that will be a good way to strengthen our vision. So I need others advice, support and experiences. And if they have the willingness to work with me I am happy to welcomed them.
I need strong training to change my attitude in to a strong vision.
I need training and network out of my country. If I get a chance to study abroad I can develop another attitude differ from my country. am happy to share any thing what I have for the empowerment of others.
