Violence against women is a recurrent issue in the Democratic Republic of Congo. This has been worsened by armed comflicts in the country. For this reason, the known forms of violence are on the increase (the case of rape). Also, we have identified new forms like, amputation of part of the body, mutilation of genital organs and burying women alive. Thank you!
