Violence against women and girls is a common form of violation of human rights. There are different types - physical, sexual, psychological, or economic violence. Its knows no boundaries in relation with age, race , culture, wealth or geographical setting.


The UN Security Council in resolution 1325, urges all parties involved in armed conflicts to take nescessary measures to protect women and young girls against all acts of sexist violence, particularly rape and other forms of sexual assaults. Thank you very much!
