To celebrate the 10th anniversary of the International Day for the girl child, Powered Voices collaborated with One Tribe initiative to educate teenage secondary schools girls on the following;

1. Menstrual Cycle, Hygiene etc

2. Body positivity.

3 . Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights.

Each of the 40 persons in attendance got a pack of sanitary pads.

We spent over two hours enlightening and answering questions from all those in attendance(teachers + students). We had a beautiful time listening to what each girl had to say.
