This is an initiative worth taking because it concerns "You". Assume yourself as a beautiful painting which has vibrant glittery colors. It was YOU in your childhood. You were passionate about life, you loved your self. You believed in yourself. You were capable of doing anything you wanted to do. You believed in magic🪄. You loved butterflies.🦋

Then as you grew up maybe you were neglected, maybe your opinions were not considered worthy of listening, Maybe you have to go through abusive parenting, maybe you experienced bullying at school, unnecessarily scolding, maybe your relationship didn't workout, may be you outgrew friends you really wanted to hold onto, may be you were manipulated by a narcissist. There are so many other reasons that made your Vibrant glittery Colors fade away with time. Now you are a painting with no colors, your colors are either faded away or fading slowly. Glitter isn't shining anymore.

BUT this isn't end of the world. We gonna make this painting again. And this time WE will choose colors. We will go above and beyond the world to make it beautiful AGAIN. Because WE are our prime responsibility. What we have to do is:

🪄Love yourself unconditionally.

(Just say: I Accept and own everything about me)

🪄Forgive yourself for everything.

(Just say: Yes , I made mistakes in past because I was young. I am human and I forgive myself)

🪄Gently work through traumas.

(Consult therapist or do Shadow work)

🪄Repeating positive powerful affirmations daily.

(Just look into the mirror and say: Hey you are beautiful, mesmerizing and Wonderful. You are magical and I love you. Look at yourself you have been through ao much and still you are standing I am proud of you)

🪄Give all your love and energy to you.

(Give yourself time to heal, repeat postive affirmations, give yourself treats, hug yourself, be proud of yourself)

Self love is the thing which will make you obsessed with YOU. And its beautiful. There will be people out there more smarter and beautiful than you but Remember "THEY Aren't You". There is no one like you in the entire universe. And thats what makes you special.💜
