TRAINATHON FOR IMPACT

Over time women have sort better avenues for expression in a space that feels comfortable and welcoming. There is also the need for constant learning and or updating processes to be able to catch up with the ever-changing trends in society and the world at large.

There is always the need to improve, the individual’s level of awareness, Increase skills in one or more areas of expertise, and motivation of performance and productivity

This is the driving force for this initiative where I will encourage women to join the TRAINATHON and learn or unlearn how they can generate and create more impact online and physically and also find a platform to express themselves freely.

The target is to get at least 50 women to be aware of how to navigate and operate in a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous climate through the training modules on World Pulse.

The training, skills, and learning that will be acquired are meant to stimulate relevant productivity and allow for significant influence
