Hello, sisters. How are you all?

Sometimes, taking a break is necessary. This year, I have shared only two stories on World Pulse, but that doesn't mean my journey stopped. While I wasn't writing here, I was busy writing my story of progress through my work and actions.

Although I was away from this platform, I missed this beautiful community every day. World Pulse has always been a place where I found strength, inspiration, and the courage to keep moving forward.

I have been eager to share the transformation of my organization. We started our journey from the streets with nothing but a dream to create change. Today, we have established two centers in Dhaka, and we are preparing to expand our work across five districts in one division of Bangladesh. Every step has been built with determination, resilience, and hope.

For someone like me, staying motivated on the ground is one of the hardest challenges. The reality is that, as women, we often do not receive the appreciation or encouragement we deserve. Many of us work quietly, carrying responsibilities that no one sees.

I have learned one powerful lesson: if the world doesn't encourage you, encourage yourself.

There are days when I feel broken. On those days, I gather my strength, put myself back together, stand up again, and continue walking toward my dream.

My dream is to build one of the strongest and most respected women-led organizations in Bangladesh, with an impact that reaches the world. I dream of creating a sustainable future where no woman, no child, and no community is left behind.

To every sister reading this: please keep motivating yourself. Don't wait for someone else to tell you that you are enough.

Every day, spend ten minutes in front of a mirror. Look into your own eyes and say:

"I am strong. I am beautiful. I am capable. I am creating change."

Believe those words. Because once you truly believe in yourself, it becomes much harder for the world to break you.

I wish every one of you strength, courage, and endless hope.

And I hope this is the beginning of my writing journey on World Pulse once again.

With love from Bangladesh,

Mushfika Jannat Nishat
