TIME FOUNDATION Ghana, Our Lessons Learnt and the Way forward 2022.

TIME FOUNDATION Ghana wishes to welcome you all to our new Calendar 2022. At TIME Ghana we are actually looking forward to greater works this 2022. We are tired of Covid 19 brouhaha and with Covid or Not we are choosing to shine come rain or sun ha.

It's it true to acknowledged that pass years have not been easier at all. Especially, 2020 and it brother 2021. These years I agree are definitely not sisters :-). However, we survived as a team at TIME FOUNDATION Ghana, we thank you God. Based on these survival we are sure confident that your mercies will definitely see us through this 2022 with our activities to come.

Honestly, we have a long list of activities we have planned to implement but I don't know how this will be? Inflation is high everywhere! Initially, I was thinking it's only Ghana's politics but I was corrected the last time I listened to an international news. But we shall survived.

2021 And Our Activities

We had limited activities this year's because 2020 never allowed us with Covid here and there. We didn't not know the outcome of 2021 and so funding was limited. Everywhere you go to fundraise all(potential partners) are like we are bankrupt too, businesses are not moving. Shares are stuck, high interest etc

Secondly, the fight for survival was higher that protection. And I do honestly agree with them. These are people whose loved ones were hit with Covid. So it was normal for them to channel their resources in taking care of these ones. So at time most of our activities were halted. We only had two major activities, these are;

1. One outreach program to source Teen Mother's and

2. And the disbursement of end of year packages Dec 2021.

You can imagine how much piled of list of teen Mother's we have to enroll, your guess is as good as mine.

The Way forward 2022

The plan this year is to at least train ten teen Mother's in their choice of skill training. After the skills training then we will establish them.

We will continue with the financial establishment as well, since it's our key project.

We will continue to all activities including fundraising from potential funders who might show interest in supporting these teen Mother's.

We also trying new thing this year, that is out sourcing interested skills trainers who might give training for free. This will not be an easy project since every trainer feeds from his/her work but we pray and hope to find some and if not we might get low key trainers not demanding much.

It's not easy been a changemaker but we must keep the title alive. The last time I looked at my title as a changemaker makes me wants to do more and may God help me.

To all Change makers our there, please lets keep the fire burning! We will rip the fruit one day. Keep up your good work.
