THIS WOMEN HISTORY MONTH - I NEED YOUR HELP

I have been away for a while dealing with personal grief - my Father passed away. The loss hurt so much because he was my biggest cheerleader and an equality advocate, he was a feminist advancing the rights of woman in my community. His demise is a big blow to everyone that encountered him. I can't get over the loss but would learn to live with it.

I am here at a significant time, March being recognized as women's history month to solicit for strategic collaborations in tackling issues around gender based violence and women's safety in my community. Women are NOT SAFE. IT GETS WORSE.

Safety tips, self defense classes and gadgets would come handy and I need you to help me make this a reality. I intend to empower at least 50 young women and girls with these so that they can become ambassadors in their communities. The change we desire would come - one person at a time. We have a core responsibility to break the bias in reality - it should go beyond rhetoric and yearly slogans.

Would you help me?
