This International Women's Day I Celebrate Your Voice

Dear outspoken World Pulse community,   Just a few decades ago few would have imagined that we could shatter silence and deeply connect across every global border with just a click of a button.  Every day, I pick up my phone and step into World Pulse like it is a church, marveling at the raw power and truth of each of your voices.  I see you lifting each other up, collaborating, questioning, motivating each other into something much bigger - a force of sisterhood that will alter the future for humankind.  

This International Women's Day, at a year when we still have 100 years to go to global equality at the current pace, WE are picking up the pace.  The pace of connection, understanding and action for a better world is growing because of us.  I thank technology for making this possible for us to find each other here.  I thank you for taking the technology into your own hands and using it for good.   Today we dance, write, sing, create, gather and do what we need to do  -  strong and confident that we will change the world in 10 years - not 100 -  into a place where all people are heard, connected, powerful, healthy, safe, and free.
