The World Pulse 50: What digital empowerment means to me

Silence is one of values I was taught since I was little. Growing up I realized the more I kept silent the more I burned inside and the more I developed an inferiority complex. I joined worldpulse in December 2018 and my first story allowed me to release the sparkle dead inside me. I received encouragement from my sisters which greatly contributed to my career.

For me, my voice represents my therapy. The more I speak, the more I feel released. My voice represents my freedom, my voice is a liberation, my voice is a wing that helps me to fly where my social background cannot allow me to reach. Today I am displayed in front of you because one day I had the courage to open up my mouth and speak.

I would like to encourage people out there, especially women who are in a strong patriarchal system to have the courage to raise your voice. You have gone through a lot, your experience is enormous to prevent other women and girls who come after us from suffering the same effects.

Believe me, when you raise your voice don't think it's for yourself, other people refer to you, other people follow footsteps, other people start their own process of freedom. It's called \"IMPACTING LIVES\" your voice is priceless, your voice can save millions
