In a world in which women's voices are still silenced, a world in which those of us here within World Pulse are determined to create transformation to we know is possible, we have been given a home base, a place to meet each other and find ways to work together, to conspire. Not only to meet and know that each other is there, but to link arms so closely, and with so much respect, and love.

In a world in which women are silenced, World Pulse creates recognition. This Award Ceremony gives us the chance to recognize all this work that's being done and to celebrate our great fortune to find each other here, building this web of action together, able to work together from now on. Our Team, our Board, our Global Voice Council, our Global Advisory Network, our Mentors, our Change Makers, our Encouragers, our Storytellers, our Champions, our Activators, our Community of Members. Thank you for recognizing our work in a world that still so regularly takes the work women do for granted.

We take a deep breath together and send out our messages of joy, celebrating and deepening this chance to know each other. This is the gift that we have every day we log onto World Pulse. The chance to interweave, and to love each other and congratulate each other on all of the emergency work, the exhausting and essential work, the seemingly impossible work, the deeply painful work, this beautiful work. We find our ways to conspire, to continue to build, while this dedicated Team is busy making it all possible. As we live to see these changes happen, thank you World Pulse for dreaming up these occasions and giving us the chance to be together, honour each other, love each other, deepen the ways that we work together and celebrate each other.
