I’m one of the World Pulse 50 – Changemaker
As a humanitarian, change-making means a lot to me. It is looking at the problems that plague humanity and looking at the root causes of these problems to find innovative and transformative solutions to tackle these problems. Being a Change Maker also implies someone who can inspire and motivate others to lead. Change-making is creating long-lasting impacts in the lives of people, building resilient and vibrant communities, and helping people affected by a particular problem to be able to bounce back. A change-maker is a game-changer who is able to spark a great deal of change even when everything seems difficult and change lives for real. Change-makers have innovative ideas, they re-strategize when they meet challenges, they influence and they take actions to make things work. Change-Makers are visionaries and innovators who believe that they are always long-lasting ways to tackle problems. Change-making is all about changing stereotypes, bridging gaps, and shattering the glass ceilings.
