As a nurse practitioner providing annual exams and birth control to a very rural and poverty population, i was able to embolden women to their fullest.

Today, a 17 year old woman showed up at my home. with a 15 year old "man" who was chain

sawing down trees on my property. He was "protecting" her from an abusive boyfriend. and yet, he is also part of the patriarchy.&nbsp;

I had met her a few years ago. she was on the handlebars of a bicycle pedaled by the same guy as today. at that time, she had a bright smile and light around her. today no smile and darkness surrounded her.&nbsp;

I led her&nbsp; on some visual meditations of sun and moon energy, divine mother energy. I offerred her a safe place to live, her grandmother about ready to kick her out.&nbsp;
