The Fights we Fight and why mental health matters at all times

I needed to workout and wouldn't let a UTI keep me down

There are so many fights we fight as women whether we want them or not. Some of these fights are physical, verbal and visible, some are not.

There are fights we bring on ourselves and fight in our heads and hearts until we hurt so bad, there are fights brought on us by external forces and factors.

To be and stay grounded so you can design your fighting strategy and make the best choices you need to at the moment (eg why, when, how with who you are fighting), you need to have a good mental health.

This is why mental health matters and we can't and mustn't stop talking about it.

My initiative is formally coming to an end in a week's time, bit I hope to continue impacting through the stories I share and the help I can offer.

P.S: don't give up the good fight with faith and love you shall conquer.

*** If you want to let me know if you would want to participate in my forthcoming survey on my impact initiative on your life, kindly send me a message. Thank you
