THE ACTS UNSEEN

 You can escape from a lot of things that might hurt you. You can quit a harzadous job. You can move from one climate to another. You can stay away from someone who wants to hurt you. But you can't escape your life_your reality. For as long as you live you're stuck with it. If you make choices that cause you to be continually hurting, it will affect every aspect of your life_your heart, mind and spirit. Think about how hard it is to be positive, concentrate, or pray when you have a bad day. More serious conditions can be even more distracting.

 More than often, humans find themselves running away from their reality and creating a whole wonderland in their heads. We meet a lot of people who, because of different circumstances, live fake unreal lives. Often, these people are judged, ridiculed and shamed. Sometimes, humans tend to forget there's a monster living amongst us. A monster eating people alive, robbing them their will to live. A monster roaming around devouring and crashing the souls and spirits of people, living them helpless and hopeless. A monster called DEPRESSION! Millions of people have fallen prey to this monster. Because we are different people bearing different weakness, we get affected differently. 

 Apart from money, fame, power and status, there's a lot of other things to talk about on this planet. There's anxiety, poverty, drug abuse, prostitution and paranoia, which often lead to depression.  Falling into depression happens everyday and can happen to anyone. But society tends to paint black the victims of it. Referring to them as outcasts, taboos and living abominations. Making it difficult for the victim to freely open up and heal.

 There's a lot happening around the world today. And if we don't look out for one another and support each other, who will?

Depression is real, but together we can.
