Thank you everyone for the support while I was struggling to get better. Turns out I am 80% better and back to work since yesterday. There is a lot I have to catch up with, and I have a better idea of what caused my condition, so I will be working on it. It was the air conditioning at work and at the gym that were directly freezing my kidney area which caused all the trouble. I am now keeping away from this and I find it amusing that something like this can cause so much pain.I realized this just on Friday, so I just began to work on it. My mom was also worried and she sent some vitamins and supplements to me, which were very helpful. Thanks again everybody. I received a lot of get well soon emails, which I read completely and made me feel so good. I really appreciate your concern. I am planning to spend the day online, so I will be in touch with you all. Hugs and love, Jackie
