When the Embassy of Argentina held a film festival on GBV,I couldn't attend due to a 94.7 bicycle race . Later I met up with Her Highness ,talked about World Pulse Technovation and how it comes together to create a holistic society. Then the Embassy of Spain ,France has been holding festivals where ai am putting my thoughts across by speaking why a common women's treaty across all continents us so very essential .Why CEPA is as limited as the Maputo protocol in bringing GBV cases to book and why Women still fear their perpetuators and dnt dare speak out due to repeated victimisation in police stations,courts ,safe homes even .
