As I was introspecting the other day, I thought to myself how often do we just try to take a pause and reflect? We are constantly running towards something or for something. Stretching our bodies and mind to the max limit and a lot of times beyond that causing physical as well as mental strain to oneself.
It helps to pause and reflect back. It's good for ones mental well being. What worked, what did not, what was missed, what was learnt and hence what matters and what needs to change..all of this when one reflects on things.
