Still Like a Wind

You may break me down everyday with your stinging words,

crabby lies and twisted norms.

And,

Still like a wind I will rise again

I seek freedom to live more.

Does my brazenness upset you?

For what reason would you say you are assailed with despair?

Because I walk like a queen of crown

Believing on my own dreams.

And,

Still like a wind I will rise again

I seek right to dream more.

Just like the moon and stars With the certainty of tides,

Just like beam of hope shining high Walking on my own feet.

And,

Still like a wind I will rise again

I seek pleasure to accomplish more.

Leaving behind every fear and doubts

With a clear vision to go

I will rise like a wind again

And,

I seek justice to empower more.
