Staffing

Honestly this part of organization is lucrative, from the start you always think it is okay to go all out you alone. I have found myself in such a situation, I handled everything since 2018 until 2020 when we got three focal Person's for the field work. This really helps me, now I do only paper work or administrative.

We give them allowance when and only at the field.

Funding

TIME FOUNDATION Ghana started on grants, we got few individuals grants plus one one local organization grants however because beneficiaries pay back to be revolves we kept moving. The only problem is if we had extra more then we fundraise locally. Lizzie's Ventures is also our sponsor. Moving forward we are looking for more options to fund us, especially crowd funding.

Operation

TIME FOUNDATION Ghana we are not into manufacturing so we have less operating demands. With our new hibd organization WORF "women revolving fund". I am not an expert in finance and accounting. For that matter it is part of the plan to hire a full time accountant to handle all operation of Women revolving fund " WORF".
