SMALL BUT MIGHTY

Being a petite teacher comes with its perks,when you are petite people tend to describe you as cute or pretty irrespective of your age.

As a high school teacher most of my Learners tower above me like giants but we have come to a mutual state of respect for one another ,they know their boundaries and they behave accordingly.

The most I have heard is a parent mistaking me for one of my students😜 and teenagers on the other hand, thinking I am their age mate.🤣

So,I allow them to ponder because as humans it is natural to have some preconceived notions about people and one is tempted atimes to seize you up at a glance.

Amusingly🤣🤣😁,I have always given them the opportunity to leave those opinions about me or do a kind of rethink, so they can on their own refute these assumptions .

Thanks to my years of handling learners,I have come to the conclusion that respect most times is earned,not forced and irrespective of how petite I may appear,I stand stronger and taller at what I do best.🏆
