SHOULD WE REDUCE THE NUMBER OF MEALS TO LOSE WEIGHT?

No, if you take three \"traditional\" meal a day. In fact, the proper way to do this is to divide your total daily caloric intake or the amount of food you usually eat smaller and more frequent meals, say 4-5 per day.
This simple adjustment (without reducing calories) can often result in a loss without loss of muscle tissue fat.
Eat more often and in smaller quantities forces you to consume fewer calories at each meal which results in a more complete absorption of nutrients and fewer storage of excess nutrients as fat. Mark what you eat at each meal to see if you create healthy eating habits
