She: Teen Peer Climate Coaches

TRUST hosted special guests and teens concerned about climate change over 12 weeks. Each added their field of Xpertise to the soup of leadership skills, climate understandings, and indigenous wisdom to inform, inspire, and activate these girls as they grow into effective leaders in their places.

Valeria, from Ukraine and a current refugee in Vienna: "I would like to thank everyone for this amazing evening night! Thank you, Kat, for the River of My Life drawing experience. It was an excellent way to express my concerns about the problems our planet faces nowadays. Thanks, Jim, for telling us about Land Acknowledgment; thanks Mark for giving a cool idea for the project! Thanks to all the Moonshot pirates for the atmosphere and ideas. Today I feel very grateful for all the opportunities I have now. These days I often feel overwhelmed by all of them but I know that I’m going straight to finding my calling among all of them. I’m also thankful to the people who gave me those opportunities. Nevena, in Vienna, raising funds for Ukraine, Learn 4 Ukraine used zoom breakout rooms to deliver 4 simultaneous workshops that were taught generously by volunteer masters in their fields. In less than 2 weeks she raised +$1,100 for Ukrainian women and children crossing the border into Poland. With brilliant facilitating, she went on to be the face of Moonshot Pirates during their mobility challenge. Evelynne, In Poland, adapts to the millions of war refugees in her country while Russia continues to attack Ukraine.

Leena, in India, tells stories of how her community is being impacted by climate breakdowns.

Melissa, in South Africa, shares the social injustices as water becomes a scarce pillar of life after apartheid. She is starting a school garden.

Daniela, in Portugal, overwhelmed with climate anxiety, "Thank you for teaching me about indigenous people. It was very important for me to listen and learn about land acknowledgment. I am never going to forget what Kuuyux taught us, it really opened my mind and my heart! <3" Today I felt motivated and inspired something I have been struggling with since quarantine started. For that, I am very thankful for all the people in the group, especially to Jim, because he gave me a new insight into my connection with my land and the elements around me. Jim, in Sedona, connected with deep indigenous wisdom and generous mostly Native American elders. He gives land acknowledgments. He speaks of the 4 directions learned from decades of walking the Red Road. He invites cooperation and listens deeply. When a supporting tech, a former TEDx organizer suddenly dropped out as my accountability partner. His kind support pulled me through self-doubt. At the cutting edge of scintillating new age emerging galactic learning, I breathe in and through the disappointment of no one left behind. Jim's interview with Valeria.

When asked if they would like to be interested in being certified as teen peer climate coaches, many jumped up immediately and demanded, "Yes, count me in!" For the past 4 years, I've been learning how to produce enrollment events online. As a certified climate coach myself, it is time to certify those who will inherit a climate-changed world. I now have the program together. Now the hard part of building attendance for the online training lies ahead.

As an oracle of Earthcare, I am coalescing locally ever larger systems shifts in consciousness myself, in nearby networks, and through young leaders wielding power in writing policy and taking effective action in their schools and families. This transformational awakening is ready to serve corporate teams to collaborate for moving conscious capital in the direction of solving climate crises.

I am in the swirl of solutions, as much change will happen in this decade as has happened in the previous century, through emerging new patterns, healing old traumas, and marrying AI with wicked human problems that may accelerate human awakening. This vortex of awareness shines brightly for social systems to shift with speed and scale. Students are part of that solution set.

Permeating through all of society, assaults are calling for fresh mindsets. Bearing on our everyday lives, the entire world is interconnected in ways we could not even imagine 15 years ago. This experience of crisis is apparent in each, with universal urgency to raise our levels of consciousness.

I believe that conservative authoritarians are attractive to those who fear a lack of safety in a rapidly changing world. This polarization is a symptom of that which we are releasing, a violent overthrow of British strong warrior masculine. USA is a more healing, unitive function in the world, and this conditioning is embodied in never backing down from seeking power at all costs, with awakened existential fears if not downright crushing of the other. There is a need among some for the most badass war chief in order to feel safe & secure, seeking the warrior's masculine energy. Justice is whittling down the 1,100 insurrectionists who fell into Mr. Trump's spell and are now already convicted criminals serving time in jail. We are witnessing the public shedding of this deep old pattern over E pluribus unem. From all One. May the highest quantum emerge in our political/economic systems. What are the precise aspects of up-leveled economology?

As I mature in my female leadership using collaboration, communication, and compassion in ways that confound my male peacebuilders, I learn to respect the wisdom held among older men who are used to leading through dictum. Jim Graywolf Petruzzi shows me ways spiritually grounded mature men grow and transform while serving others. He is part of the leading edge of men of rigorous personal growth beyond making money and working until retirement. Together we launched a dozen teen girls as climate change activists.

What is ripe for the next level? She: Teen Certified Peer Climate Coaches. Does it feel like conscious change is working? Going deep to go far. The deeper we go, the better prepared we are. All roads lead to authentic deep-life dance. Becoming masterful takes a commitment to bridging chasms over a wild ride through turns we can "I-am-possible anticipate."
