Seminar breast and cervical cancer awareness update

During the seminar to educate women on breast and cervical cancer. This seminar witnessed the participation of over 50 women on-site and 200 women in our WhatsApp group. During the seminar, women were drilled on the causes, symptoms, possible preventive measures and treatment methods. It was realised that the major cause of death was late diagnosis which was as a result of fear of knowing the results, alternativel treatment methods and ignorance. That is why Dr Tumasang Swiri Foundation has made it a duty to keep organising seminars and other activities to raise awareness on the devastating effects of cancers.

We will make it a yearly event. In October 2023, a March will be organised to raise more awareness about the disease.

Cancer is real. Let's make it a duty to go for diagnosis to know our status because early diagnosis prevents death.
