The girls are now busy in app building ,market research and in general extremely busy with getting their projects ready for submissions There have been complaints on lack of sleep ,not eating before school ,falling asleep in class waiting for the Easter holidays... With stress of term 1 exams and the Technovation classes at an almost high ,Self Care was a need if the hour . The vital components if self care was discussed in three classes and after the holidays feedback will be taken on the impact .Currently only one school with kids from grades 10-12 were marked. Will update after Easter
