Sisters, I forgot to mention in my last post that on June 24 I sent email messages to a friend in Tamil Nadu, India who is the Director of Indian Gospel League and to menforgenderjustice@gmail.com, asking for their ideas of how to start an educational program for men.

I noticed in my research that there is an Indian Methodist Church, with North and South divisions. My wife and I are United Methodists. I wonder whether corrspondence to them might produce some suggestions for some long range programs.

I do understand the condition of public school in India, with upper caste children, maybe 20% of the children in India attending private schools for a good education. Offering a good education to all children of India is necessary, but I don't think our project should handle that need now.

Thoughts?
