Based on my research data:

Sexual harassment is a gender-related issue. It includes verbal or physical conduct. Typically, it occurs when a person holds a position of authority over someone with less power and conducts to him an unwelcome behavior of sexual nature with not a matter of mutual choice.

Bullying is when a person intentionally repeats an aggressive behavior and attitude towards another person to abuse or intimidate them, either verbally or physically. Bullying is marked by intense intimidation that creates a pattern of humiliation, abuse, and fear for the victim. The powerful one uses threats and aggressively dominates the weaker one.
