As a person with disability myself finding the right concept to analyze the word disability Justice is a delima for me. Many a times am left speechless with happenings in our community about the above two interrelated words. Disability and Justice.I thought justice in another word will mean inclusion for persons with disabilities. This same inclusion mean giving 1.PWDs jobs, 2. Giving them education and above all 3. Integrating them in our families allowing our sons or daughters to marry them into our families).Justices and or Inclusion we all know are two powerful but disguised words when used interchangeably. When we activists use these words, it literally means something is wrong, someone is left out, that all is not equal. It always on the media and every corner of any other gender activist, that makes me think at some point we use it without context.Disability and justice, Disability with inclusionBefore there is inclusion there must be productivity, again Inclusion goes with human resource. If there must be effective inclusion we must have ready the % of the disabled person ready and equipped for work. Every organization or institutions depends on the productivity of its staffs or workers. How productive are we Person with Disabilities? Can we perform squarely like our able counterpart? Are we willly to compete with them? You see in most of my findings except in optional few cases, it always with bad report employing PWDs in most competing fields or sectors. Employers complaint about spending must on PWDs but with few benefit(as in productivity).I have seen schools or educational institutions willing to admit PWDs into their schools but can't find any due to lack of education from among our members(in other words not qualified). If we are advocating for disability justices, if we are fighting for disabled inclusion we must avail ourselves. Not only availability but be productive. Is it an excuse to report to work late because you think you are a PWDs? Is it the fault of your employer quering you due to neglences of you not signing attendance book because you are a blind worker?
